Cardslinger

A higher poly character for the spur punk trailer. So far it's 6947 tris. Need to do UVs and textures still. Head and hands are modified versions of Logan's.

Weeee!!!

Airplane based on the concepts from Lively. It's 9534 tris, which is kind of mid range. I'll probably take it down to low poly and then do some normal maps. I'll probably put it into Lively and possibly use it for some other projects too.

I still need to unwrap the UVs and texture it too.

Not that you care...

...but I figured I'd post a life update. I love my new job, but I don't have nearly as much free time. And all my work is covered by an NDA so I can't post about it. Between the new job, school, the moving, buying a new (really expensive and super cool) motorcycle, I still haven't had time to work
on any fun projects yet. I think I'll try to get to that soon.
To hold you over here's an old project I did for school with some super cool and talented folks.
http://gamepipe.usc.edu/~2007spring_cirqueduslay/
It was freakin' awesome. I designed and prototyped the glove input device. My buddy Matt Beck programmed the firmware and soldered together all the little bits. Vince and the other Danny did 2d art and some programming. John did the sound and web stuff. Chris rocked the programming like champ. All the guys who worked on this are super talented and hopefully have jobs almost as cool as mine.

Living up to the name

Well I finally updated. With my new, and awesome, job, I haven't had much time to work on my own projects. That includes school so we'll see how my priorities shake out after this semester. Hopefully I can work some free time to do long over due projects with friends.

I took 20 minutes to wrap up the texture on this and I'm not totally satisfied with it, but I'm moving on. I'm fairly certain this was the last character. I may end up doing some rigging or animation, but I don't know for sure. In other news. I got a new motorcycle and will hopefully upload some pictures of it. It's pretty hot, but cost me an arm and a leg so I can't afford a camera. Totally worth it though.
